Refunds (one to one)
Cancelling a course before starting
The school must be notified of any cancellations at least 10 working days before the start of the course before any refunds will be considered. If the school is not notified in the expected time period no refunds will be given whether an initial instalment or full course fee has been paid. All refunds are given in good faith and the school has the right to refuse any refund request.
The school has the right to ask for documentary evidence before issuing a refund - medical evidence or other relevant documentation resulting in the need for cancellation.
During the course
The school must be informed of any planned holidays in advance. One to one students will not be expected to pay for time slots they usually have during the time they are on holiday.
It may be necessary to provide documentary evidence of your holiday.
If we are not informed of your holiday in advance, you will not be entitled to receive any refund.
Refunds are not issued for any class that has been scheduled and agreed to if they are missed for any reason, apart from because of holiday. We must be informed of all holidays in advance.
Leaving the course early
No refunds are offered to any student who wishes to leave a course early.
If the school needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given.
In the unlikely event the school needs to cancel a class, a refund for that lesson will be offered or the course end date will be moved on by one further lesson, whichever the student prefers.
