Cancelling a course before starting

The school must be notified of any cancellations at least 10 working days before the start of the course before any refunds will be considered. If the school is not notified in the expected time period no refunds will be given whether an initial instalment or full course fee has been paid. All refunds are given in good faith and the school has the right to refuse any refund request.

The school has the right to ask for documentary evidence before issuing a refund -, medical evidence or other relevant documentation resulting in the need for cancellation.

During the course

The school must be informed of any planned holidays before the start of the course. Refunds will not be provided for any missed lessons however, emails of the work missed will be provided.

Refunds are not issued for illness, however request for emails of work missed will be considered.

Should you feel you require additional one to one lessons as additional support or to help your attendance levels reach the minimum requirement of 70%, each 90 minute lesson will cost an additional £24.

Leaving the course early

The school requires 2 weeks’ notice in advance before considering a refund. A refund will not be granted for that 2 week notice period in any case.

Any refunds will be given in good faith and the school has the right to refuse any refund request.

Documentary evidence will be needed to support any request and each one will be considered on a case by case basis.

If the school needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given.

In the unlikely event the school needs to cancel a class, a refund for that lesson will be offered or the course end date will be moved on by one further lesson, whichever the student prefers.

If the school is unable to provide a course due to the special needs of a student, medical issue, disability that was not disclosed in advance then a refund will not be given.
