Data protection
The North of England School of English recognises its legal obligations to protect that information under the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Personal data shall be obtained only for one or more specified and lawful purposes, and shall not be further processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose or those purposes.

Database and information
The North of English School of English database provides essential information for the efficient running of the school. This is a bespoke online database that is password protected.
All information regarding students is held on the database. This includes; personal information, application documents, payment information, sponsorship information, visa information, agents, classes, reports, registers and any correspondence.
